Our bright and cozy apartment on the upper floor is ideal for business travelers and fitters, suitable for up to 9 guests (up to 11 on request). With its central location in Kulmbach, it offers quick access to both the city center and the motorway.

The bedrooms are comfortably divided: one bedroom with two single beds, another with a single bed and a double bed (140 cm), and a living area with two single beds and two sofa beds (140 cm). The living area with a dining area and sofa bed invites you to relax, and the apartment is equipped with a modern TV and fast WiFi.

The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower tray for bathing and an additional toilet with sink.
